Twikit, a leader in 3D configuration software for lifestyle- and automotive brands, is looking for a Growth Engineer to supercharge our lead generation, optimize our sales funnel, and scale our outreach efforts.

What you’ll do

1. Driving Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization 

  • Develop and automate lead acquisition systems using tools like Pipedrive, LinkedIn, Apollo, and web scraping.
  • Optimize landing pages and forms for conversion, using A/B testing to refine messaging and CTA effectiveness.
  • Set up and manage outbound email campaigns to targeted prospects, ensuring high deliverability and response rates.

2. Data-Driven Growth Experiments 

  • Analyze Twikit’s ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to find new sources of high-value leads.
  • Experiment with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track ROI.
  • Test new marketing copy and positioning to improve engagement and increase response rates.
  • Optimize Twikit’s marketing and sales funnel, reducing drop-off at each stage (e.g., improving demo sign-ups, follow-ups).

3. Automating & Scaling Sales Processes

  • Build and maintain marketing and sales dashboards to track lead performance and deal velocity.
  • Automate follow-ups and nurture campaigns to engage leads over time and increase close rates.
  • Use scraping and APIs to continuously add new qualified leads from relevant industry sources.

4. Growth Hacking & Demand Generation

  • Identify and test new lead sources (industry directories, event attendees, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Grow referral and partnership growth loops to bring in more high-quality inbound leads.
  • Enhance SEO and content strategy to bring in more organic leads from targeted search queries.
  • Leverage case studies and customer success stories to drive credibility and engagement.

 

What we’re looking for 

Required Skills 

  • Independent and solution-oriented thinking. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. 
  • Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Pipedrive. 
  • Knowledge of CRM integration, automation tools, and email marketing best practices. 
  • General object-oriented programming skills and familiarity with automation scripting. 

Skills That Will Come in Handy 

  • Experience with SEO, paid media, and digital marketing analytics. 
  • Knowledge of scraping, APIs, and workflow automation.
