How do we get started with Twikit?

We begin with a discovery phase where we align on your envisioned configurator application, gain a deeper understanding of your products and configuration logic, and define the desired outputs, integrations, and customer experience. These insights are translated into a clear and structured project proposal.

Throughout this discovery phase, we support you with our experience and share best practices to ensure a well-defined project scope and a successful outcome.

Do we need to have 3D product models ready?

Having existing 3D data of your product portfolio is certainly an advantage. If available, assets can be provided to Twikit in standard industry formats such as STEP, OBJ, STL, or GLB.

However, it is not required. Twikit can also support the creation of high-quality 3D models or digital twins of your products, in collaboration with a network of trusted partners.

How long does it take to go live with a configurator application?

Typical projects go live within 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the scope, availability of product data, and required integrations.

Because Twikit leverages a scalable, low-code platform approach rather than one-off, hard-coded solutions, we can accelerate the configurator setup and efficiently scale and expand after go-live.

How much effort is required on our side during the collaboration?

Our low-code cloud platform enables self-management and maintenance of configurator workflows if desired.
