To accelerate our growth across various go-to-market tracks and industries, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Lead to drive revenue, shape strategy, and lead business development activities end-to-end.

Your role

As Sales Lead, you’ll take ownership of Twikit’s global sales initiatives. You’ll work alongside the marketing team and report directly to the CEO, acting as a core member of the leadership team. You bring vision, energy, and structure to our commercial strategy – developing and executing a scalable growth plan, converting qualified leads into opportunities, and closing high-impact deals.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, engage with key customers and partners, and help shape the future of Twikit’s market presence.

Your responsibilities

Sales

  • Understand customer needs and position the Twikit solution accordingly
  • Own and operate go-to-market strategies across different verticals
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from MQL to deal closure
  • Collaborate with marketing (agency and executive) and outbound partners for lead generation
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and insights through CRM reporting
  • Combine direct and channel sales with strategic growth initiatives
  • Contribute to content and networking efforts to promote Twikit’s value
  • Ensure smooth handovers from sales to operations (project management)
  • Support other team members with commercial tasks when needed

Strategy

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company KPIs
  • Identify gaps across GTM, documentation, tools, or team and propose actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with the CEO on commercial strategy and board reporting
  • Bring customer insights back to the product and development teams
  • Lead and present strategic growth initiatives to the leadership team and board
  • Build strong relationships with partners to co-develop market opportunities
  • Continuously optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows for scalability

Your profile

We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a strong mix of strategic thinking and executional excellence. You’re energized by building relationships, closing deals, and scaling commercial operations in a fast-moving environment.
